That goofy game ... I'm loving it.
However, I got down on the floor to put away some Tupperware yesterday and could barely get up.
Not good. Not good at all. :)
Maybe stretching first would be a good idea. :)
I'm in better shape than I've been in for 20 years (strength & endurance-wise) ... but there are obviously muscles I've missed, which are just now coming to my attention!

I read a good book this week. It took me about three hours, and I'm a slow reader.
It's called "Dinner with a Perfect Stranger".
I can just see you jumping around to keep from being swatted by invisible whiffle ball bats. Ha ha. Rachel
I find muscles I missed with every new thing I encounter in the garden that needs tending to - only I usually don't realize I've found the muscles until the next morning. Since I had all day to play in the garden yesterday, I can definitely empathize with your pain.
But, like you, I sure had fun getting there!
