Just discovered a phone message from Philips saying, "your warrantee information is updated, and all is well. We'll be sending you a new unit, and taking yours back!"
Of course, acting on the information they gave me at 4:30 today, "you can't return it to us," I made arrangements to return it where I bought it.
So ... here I am on hold ... again ... to explain to them NOT to send me a replacement unit, or expect me to ship this one back to them.
