Things I want to improve on next time:

The text block is too loose
It's not centered on the spine (got to figure out how to keep this in place, when I can't really SEE it as I'm gluing the endpapers down.)
The end papers aren't creased nicely into the fold where the cover joins the text block, and they got skeehawed in the process somehow.
